All about Carbs

One of my recent science topics was about carbohydrates, here is the paragraph I wrote from my research.

Carbohydrates, or carbs, are sugar molecules. They are one of the three primary nutrients, along with proteins and fats. The chemical formula for carbs is (CH2O)n. Some examples of carbohydrates are bread, noodles, pasta, crackers, cereals, and rice. One type of carbohydrate is fiber. Fiber is in leafy greens, nuts, and beans. Carbs are used for energy and fuel, your body breaks down the carbs into glucose. Which then gives you super powers, just kidding, but it gives you energy. If your body does not get enough carbs, you will have a similar reaction to if your body does not get enough protein. You may have low energy or have a hard time concentrating. You could even have digestive problems.
